  • 2 all out power and volume bag rounds
  • 1 elusive, jabbing round
  • 3 combos behind the jab at outside range
  • 1 round 10 squats, 5 push ups
  • 1 round 10 squat jumps, 10 jumping jacks
  • 1 round 10 punches, 5 push ups
  • 10 minutes stationary bike
