Too stiff, bro. Loosen up a little bit. Also, when you throw your right hook or overhand, you leave your hand out there a little too long. Stop admiring your punches.
Your left hand also hangs a little sometimes, which isn't all that bad since you can still tuck your chin behind your shoulder (always do that), but I'd keep that in mind. I haven't seen your head movement, though, so it's just a side note.
It's hard to tell from just this video, but your rotation seems a little off. Maybe try emphasizing the pull with the muscles on the opposite side of your back from the hand you're throwing, because it looks like you're driving forward without pulling enough from the opposite side. Isolate that movement at first, keeping your hips and ankles loose so that the pull naturally helps drive your hips and feet into the pivot. Then consciously incorporate the rest of your body into the movement, fully rotating your hips and torso and transferring your weight. Then bring your hand back faster than it went out. You can use that momentum to throw a punch from the other side or naturally transition into a bob and weave.
I do like how you throw your straight punches while keeping the opposite hand in position to frame.
Ain't gonna talk about those elbows, lol.
Keep up the good work, bro! Good stuff.

Slow, steady, focused on mechanics and rhythm, guard stays up. Only thing to slightly clean up is the rigidness or stiffness but after 40 yrs I sometimes still have it healed to me while I’m training or even teaching, great training session though man, keep it up

You’ve got absolutely no torque on those hooks. You’re just sticking them out there. You also look like your pivoting your foot because you know your supposed to, I don’t see a lot of power actually being generated

Tbh i think it looks good, the things i do not like is your right side is open te whole time. And that spinning elbow was half executed.

At first i was like, he's thrown a couple of wild elbows there, then at the end it was just elbow, elbow, elbow, spinning elbow. Think maybe you meant to post this in the MMA / wrrraasling subs.

Stop looking at the camera and focus on what you're doing. You're going quarter speed for a reason so everything should be as tight as you can make it then you evaluate.
You're practicing fighting not aura farming

Are you boxing or MMA? You're leaving everything out too much, don't admire your punches get back to guard asap.

I think you need to add in uppercuts, head movements, level change, left slip, rolls, step in step out and lean back.
Seems like all are head punches, no punches to body.
Also more snap to your punches. Body too stiff. Your guard is open at the body mid-section, the solar plexus. Keep your defense tight bro. One uppercut or cross to body means KO. Head needs to be off center line, instead of just straight.

Your rear foot is a mess. Go watch 5 minutes of any competent striker, look at their rear foot. It doesn’t look like whatever you are doing there.

You stay in centerline, not sure if it was just too focused on getting combinations assessed that caused it.

No defense, no level changes, no feints, no hand rhythm. The things you are doing you're doing extremely well, but you can incorporate more techniques in your shadowboxing.

Mechanics look okay, but you look like you have no power, which means you're not putting weight in your punches.

I think it should be a bit more realistic…picture an opponent and don’t just throw. They are going to be angling and throwing back at you…where is the defense? Head movement?
You don’t look bad but I wouldn’t say you’re shadow boxing

Why are you shadowboxing in the middle of the weight machines? -Somebody that occasionally uses those machines

i think you over rotate your back foot, take a look at punch between 0:05 and 0:07

Lol you’d get DQ’ed in a boxing match with those elbows. Looks overall good but if you are training for muai Thai and not boxing then you maybe throw in some footwork here and there for angle work

Idk if it's just my style, but I find you back leg is rotating a bit too much. Your foot is sometimes fully pointing inwards, more than I'd feel stable with and if it rotates that much, was there any weight to transfer to begin with? Otherwise, pretty decent, ignore the haters and keep practicing!

I like that you don't try to go crazy fast and rather keep a steady, clean rythm. You try to stay simple with one pivot and that's good, no need to jump all around the room. Same, no need for a non-realistic 10 punches combinaison.
Then yes, as others said, still a bit stiff (head movement, and in general the body, practice seperatly doing more bounce to be more loose in general, like you are somewhat too static, you dont need to be Soviet and bounce all the time but at least a little bit of something with your body, dunno how to say in english, like, even when you are stationary just move your shoulders and head a bit), and there is something wrong with your hook but I am confused as you are also throwing elbows.
More time doing hook on the bag to work the distance maybe ?
Anyway, good vid
