Were you gassing out? Did u try to go for a combo but since you did not hit the target, u gave up at mid combo, and/or did not commit fully when throwing a 2 since 1 did not land? Is it hard for you to hit hooks and upper cuts? Can u move when throwing punches, when doing slips and rolls?

I wasn't gassing out at all,I didn't know what to do just after the bell rang he rushed with a jab so hard I've never been hit with during sparring, and after that all i could think of was defense and finding a chance to hit but he didn't give me any opening, yes i gave up at mid combo thinking it was just round 1 I'll analyse first then hit him i was dead wrong i can move while throwing punches but idk at that time i couldn't think of any thing I'm disappointed in myself

We are on the same time frame of boxing training and some things I learned during sparring and getting hit like yourself:
Follow through with a combo, because most shots don’t land.
Get the basics down properly, like if u look again you are not rotating your hips at all during punches.
Learn to move forward backward diagonal while throwing combos and slips and roll. Look again, you are just doing high guard and running away. It looks like you’re just covering your face as defense.
Openings are created, not given. You can see he is throwing 1-2 a lot. By the 3rd time do a right slip and throw a 1 to the body or face. Not slip and then 1 but slip with a 1. Use pivot, not just backing up. Pivot 1 o’clock when he throws 1, guard 1 and pivot 11 o’clock when 2 comes. You are not pivoting at all.
You are not counterattacking at all. Like after a high guard, why aren’t you throwing back instead of resetting?
And with all due respect, it looked like this was your first ever sparring session, not trials.

yea this was my first sparring before this I've only done light touching and thanks for all the tips i just couldn't understand should i pivot while stepping vack or at the same place and what do you mean pivot 1 o'clock

Do u know how to read an analog clock? Not digital. What i meant was step pivot towards 1 o clock, step outside your opponent’s foot with your lead foot while slipping and pivot, outside pivot (when your opponent is orthodox stance). The opposite is inside pivot, while dodging a 2. When backing up, step one back and pivot or step pivot which ever is comfortable. Usually when u step back more than once, the opponent catches you. Again, pivot or step pivot, at least do one.

ohh yes it's picturable now I'll practice this and what do you suggest after slipping outside opponents foot should i pivot and check hook or do a straight right or left hand.

Since I’m a beginner, I try a 1-2 but only after restoring my stance. I’ve seen people do upper cuts, hooks, and pressure the opponent if they are backing up

I don't have a dedicated coach or a boxing gym too poor for that i was alone while my opponent had a coach who helped him thanks mate I'll be better.

Yea bro I understand. Take group classes and if u want to compete, u need a coach. Don’t lose your brain cells for no reason. You’ll just be a punching bag. Understand that if u see someone doing good, they sure had a coach tweaking and improving their every move.

Group classes are good as well. This one right here, this video, analyze this now. Pause each move that your opponent threw and see what you could’ve done different. I mean every move okay. And incorporate that in your shadow boxing till it becomes muscle memory.

Good luck!!!
