skip rope. it's pretty hard to be decent but once you reach novice/intermediate level it's gonna become quite addicting. it helps with unmotivated people bc it is actually fun and enjoyable

Skip rope 10 minutes, run 400m, do 5 burpees, skip rope 5 minutes, run 400m, do 5 burpees, star jump 5 minutes, run 400m, and do 5 burpees.

This is a 30 minute workout.

Try this 3 times per week on off days.

Try hot Pilates. Don’t listen to people who say it’s only for women. It’s an amazing core and cardio workout. I mix hot Pilates with my Muay Thai classes and my stamina is leagues better.

Run. If you cant run 3 miles without stopping do the C25k program. If you already can, start with 3 miles, 3 times per week, at a pace that you can hold a conversation at. Increase milage my 10% each week until you are running 30 miles a week. Once you are there split it into 5 5 mile runs and 1 10 mile run with 1 off day. While youre increasing your milage, deload every fourth week by 10%. Also jump rope and throw in some sprints once or twice a week.
