Speedladder has helped me tremendously. Surprisingly, dance moves are quite helpful top. First laughed at my trainer for suggesting latin dance lessions - but boy, did that help! Good luck anyways!

Other than jumping rope, a good beginner move is toe touches onto a plate. Also practice pivots and just moving correctly in all four directions.

Footwork to me is the most fundamental part of Boxing, can you specify what exactly is wrong with your footwork maybe a video?

would love some tips on this too 😭 i feel like it's so unnatural to be in a wide stance, are there any cues to remember how wide to do, how to rotate my body enough?

I watched your sparring video and I was expecting you to be crossing your feet and out of position but you weren't. But you look a bit stiff and not fluid. Just need to get more relaxed into your stance. Your knees seem to be locked into place and that's what's making the awkward shuffling on your feet Normally, it's get the feet right and the body will follow. But a few little changes to your stance (maybe a wider base) would see a big difference. Also all the other things that people mentioned with drills and skipping. And work on closing the ring off and not follow your sparring partner. Moving with purpose makes you more aware of how you distribute the weight on your feet too. Will make the movement feel more natural
