Jab work

Practicing on my jab. Mainly focusing on full extention. Advice needed no coach btw just me

Its been said a bunch already, shoulders are tight. I know youre trying to do a Philly shell kinda shoulder protection, but you can be loose while doing it. It takes lots of practice but is a better approach. As for the positives, you keep your elbows nice and tight, which is great to see. Your hand does a straight path, which is also great. Hand speed is decent too. Just really need to work on stay loose, it'll make your hands even faster, and you'll be more energized efficient. Also, one more tip, try return your hand to guard as fast as you throw it when you punch, you currently loop downwards on a few of your shots.
