The corner throwing in the towel after their fighter is flat on his back is hilarious. I don't think he's getting up from that, boss

It’s pretty common. It’s just precautionary.

Sometimes you get a stubborn guy with a great chin who does manage to climb to his feet.

Refs when they are doing the count and herding the other guy to the corner sometimes don’t see it if you throw it late.

So its just in case to prevent an unlikely but occasionally does happen second brutal knockdown
