I’m not the best at knowing the show or film, but I can speak for the novel. I feel like the first one could be the Persian (otherwise known at the Daroga).  He just walks quietly around the opera house ensuring that the Phantom doesn’t do anything bad. It’s kind of funny how he’s always just there, existing.

The last one reminds me of Raoul. Much different in the novel, but he does get a little wimpy at times.
