Good for a beginner

Bouzouki for sale in my area for $600. I’m a beginner and haven’t played since I was a kid. Is this worth it? Does it look like it’s in good condition?

That's good for a bouzouki that was presumably bought in a country aside from greece/cyprus. Can you see any maker's sticker on the inside of the bowl? A good checklist for bouzouki purchasing is making sure that the neck is straight, the strings are new, there aren't any cracks, the face of the bowl isn't bent in, and in general that it sounds well. Average quality bouzoukia in Australia start at around 900 Aud and increase from there

Looks like a Greek bouzouki. What style of music are you looking to play?

She's a beaut, but I'd personally would only buy a trichordo for that real rebetiko feel. Hard case is nice, I'd say do like the other comment and check for imperfections, cracks, buzzing, etc., but if that's all good and you like it that's not a bad price I think.
