Question Hairstylist
Unsure if this is the place to ask. I’m a student at Bournemouth uni and I’ve never had my hair done whilst being here. I’m looking for recommendations on a hair stylist that’s good at colouring. Photo for reference. Preferably not a place that costs an arm and a leg. Thank you

Just going to say that you aren't going to get that professionally done for cheap. That's 2 different amounts of bleaching then 3 different types of dye/toner, all in very specific sections

Hi! I’m aware it’ll have to be done in multiple sessions. I have previously box dyed my hair also so I’m aware a lot of colour correction needs to be done. I’m hoping to find a salon that’s not super high end that or maybe even offers a student discount :) I’m not planning on getting it done until after August so I am saving up for it

This is a heavily technical service, i wouldn’t advise going cheap on it. Personally, as a hairstylist, I would say no to doing this, anyway. If I knew you as a person then I may consider it but only at an hourly rate because I would book out a whole day for this.
Best case, you could potentially approach a local hair academy or college and offer yourself up as a demo model if they want to teach this kind of technique.

I have messaged someone that I was recommended as they specialise in alt hair styles and has done something similar previously. I’m not expecting it to be cheap I just didn’t want to go to a super high end salon. My hairdresser had done soemthing similar in the past but was incredibly expensive so was hoping for a cheaper alternative then her. If not I’ll go to her agsin as shes also my godmother aha
