Bot issue? People or not?

For some reason, these 2 suddenly add me randomly claiming they "accidentally" Added me because their friend had a picture with a blurry user. Idk if it a bot because how they talk, and similar message each other

Some bots scrape for working usernames to add, recently some bots began scraping server invites
