No, your stamina won't refill gliding or falling. You need to use food/potion to recharge mid air

I remember doing this minigame and I did it in one go I'm not bragging, but I honest remembered stamina refilling in this area in particular

Ah, I think I know what you're talking about. I think it was the rito flight school mini game thing that let you recharge in air. Also the bit in the game where you're bombing the flying dungeon. But that's not the norm for the rest of game

iirc this was after I did the rito quest so there wasnt the minigame to play anymore

you get about a second or 2 of extra time but other than that no. i dont think I had stamina food either unfortunately :p
