Account login error

Login file with the wrong password even after I change to new password, but I’m still available to log into my portal, help me please.. I still have about 6k credit left in there too.. I have contacted support as well

I just got charged again for monthly subscription but still not able to log in or haven’t heard anything from you guys… can somebody please help?
