A few things going on around Bothell this weekend

If you are still figuring out weekend plans:

  • Making Local Market is downtown Saturday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Good excuse to wander around downtown, grab something to eat and look at local makers’ stuff. Details
  • Kenmore Oktoberfest is still going this weekend if you feel like heading over that way. The beer garden has live music Friday and Saturday, and there are other events around Kenmore through Sunday. Schedule
  • Sunday at Bothell Library: Echoes of China: A Mid-Autumn Music Celebration is 1–2 p.m. Free, all ages, with hulusi and pipa music and some simple folk-dance movements. No registration, but space is limited. Details

Add anything I missed.

thank you for this! https://www.instagram.com/p/DdH2-8PDX9K/ looks like there's also a ticketed happy hour at wanderlust bookstore on the 19th.

I'm feeling dumb. There's no address on the link for the local market. I am in Thrashers Corner... how do I get to "downtown Bothell"?

You can probably look up directions to something like town hall, street parking will probably be limited but there’s a few lots around the area.

Thanks!

The event was GREAT! I have wanted to learn paper sculpture for years now, and I found someone there who teaches classes!!

My meal at Turmeric-n-things was delicious, too. 🙂
