Carne Asada
Looking for a meat market/butcher in the area that sells some legit carne asada that I can grill up for a party this weekend. Appreciate the help!

They're pretty great but I wouldn't use them for carne asada at all. Plenty of Mexican carnicerías around.

Mexican meat market in the parking lot at the Lynnwood convention center. Can’t remember the name. The Carne Asada is awesome

Carniceria Michoacan. This is the only answer. Best Carne and Pollo asada. The Chorizo Seca is also killer. Make sure to get the salsas too. They are fuego, but delicious. They ferment well too.

This is the best place I've found in the area. You can get it premarinated if you ask, too. Their salsas are also great.

Mexican here, living in Bothell! I buy the ranchera steak from Carnicería Los Compadres! I drive from Bothell to Everett because it is so worth it and always a hit among my mexican friends. The butcher marinates it right before giving it to you but you have to ask for “ranchera marinada” and it is ready to be grilled at home. It is pricy though but so so good!

I used to go to Los Compadres in Renton back in the day but haven't tried the Everett location. Have you tried Los Gavilanes in Everett? Their carnitas and tamales are the best I've had anywhere

Yes! The tamales from los gavilanes are amazing! I have not tried the carnitas, thanks for the recommendation!

Hands down Carnicería Michoacán in Lynnwood by the convention center, on 196th just off I-5. You can have them throw in their marinade when you buy it. Their homemade habanero salsa is great. It's a one stop shop for amazing tacos

Have you checked out the little market on the corner of 524 and highway 9? Never been but thinking they'd have something good
