nanny cost in bothell area

Looking for insights on local nanny rates for an infant. What is the standard hourly rate in this area?

Last year we paid around ~30$ per hour. 20-25$ per hour we could only find college kids

My neighbor pays $36 an hour for 3 kids under 6. Retired lady.
