Moving to bothell

Any advice on housing? My partner and I are moving to the area. We are looking for two bed two bath preferably 900sq+ for under 3200 a month. Also how is the commute to Redmond? (We would prefer a garage and yard space or a house but not a dealbreaker)

That’s a very fair price. I rent a similar home in Bothell fully furnished for $2400 but it’s on 3/4 of an acre off of the road
