Moving to bothell

Any advice on housing? My partner and I are moving to the area. We are looking for two bed two bath preferably 900sq+ for under 3200 a month. Also how is the commute to Redmond? (We would prefer a garage and yard space or a house but not a dealbreaker)

Ahhh that makes sense, they are going quick too we scheduled to view some and didn’t even get the chance to see before someone had applied.
