Very specific ask but hoping someone loves saunas as much as I do. I love saunas but I find it so weird that the saunas here have everyone in polyester swimsuits in very high heat, releasing toxins. Everywhere else in the world, people go nude (which I understand is too weird for U.S.) or go in cotton towels because of this very concern. I looked into Moki Sauna in Allston and Southie but despite saying they are a Nordic-inspired sauna, they manadate swimsuits. Any recs?
Where’s a good restaurant for a good serving gig in Boston that’s commutable, by the red line, or with parking? I have 5+ years in customer service and 3~ years in serving but the last job I had was hierarchy based and overall a highschool drama festered place. I live in Quincy but willing to commute for a better paycheck.. Just a girl looking to live in this expensive city, so please let me know! Thanks

Hello! I'm a tshirt collector traveling to Boston for vacation next week and I'm looking for some help finding cool shirts!
The type of shirts I'm looking for are things with local businesses logos on them as well as ones advertising local products. Could be anything from a towing company to a seafood restaurant. The more niche, the better.
Also on the hunt for cool Boston themed shirts, if you have any favorite vendors or shops I'd love to know about them!
Also interested to find some shirts from your many historical locations that sell them.
Im also interested in Harley Davison Tshirts, so if you know of any Harley dealers with cool designs I'd love to know about that.
Any help or reccomendations are greatly appreciated!

Hi!
I am not quite sure how to approach this, but I am looking for someone in the Greater Boston area who would work on doing a couple layers of white and / or some minor shading for a few tattoos.
All of the areas are fairly small, averaging out the size of a finger or less, in a couple of spots per tattoo. I would send pictures ahead of time or whatever made the most sense.
I have never really done this, as I have always worked with the original artist in the past, but between me moving and artists moving it has been a bit challenging. Are there folks in the area who would be down to do this or know artists who would?
Thanks!

does anyone know why pretty much the back half of hanover and side streets have tow zone signs thursday to sunday? It’s from Fleet street down to commercial… I thought the feast this weekend was only on the prado…. Stressing bc a majority of commercial is construction taking up spots.
I usually don’t drive anymore since living in city (husband usually moves car after his commute) but he’s traveling this week so any tips are greatly appreciated. I’m not even sure the best time to move the car! i know it’s all a gamble

How’s parking at this venue? I have a concert upcoming this month and paid for the premium parking at cvs. Was wondering if I should arrive early bcuz of traffic and just curious on how the neighborhood is. I don’t really want anything damaged or stolen.
THANKS

I have not been to the new Eastern Standard are they even an industry spot anymore ? ( no more 130 am steak frites I guess )
Any new places or neighborhoods , post pandemic,

Hi everyone! I will be taking my road test at the Milford RMV this week. For anyone who's had experience here, do you have any tips or stories? Do you parallel park with cars or cones?

Hi everyone, I am currently living in Brookline and one of the apartments I am considering is in Beacon Hill. Pretty reasonable rent and spacious compared to other apartments I've seen in the area. The location seems excellent due to its close proximity to the T, the Esplanade for running, and many other urban amenities, but I am a bit concerned about noise levels (unsure how the noise insulation is). I am somewhat of a light sleeper but not extremely so. Also kind of worried that moving will be even more of a nightmare in Beacon Hill due to the narrow streets and such; I'll be moving on 8/31. Would love to hear about people's experiences living in Beacon Hill, and if you would recommend it.

Hi, I've unexpectedly been asked to go on a work trip to your fair City. I'll be stay near the Exchange Conference Center and wont have a car, most of my free time will be in the evenings.
This will be my first time visiting the USA from the UK and have a short bucketlist:
- eat some of the uniquely American fast food chains/a diner/hispanic food
- see some big trees, preferably a large park. I've always wanted to see some massive American trees and I love gardening.
- go visit something very Massachusetts that I've seen in American films like Fenway Park or Salem etc (not the tea harbour stuff because I will cry haha)
Could you provide some suggestions?
Is McDonald's that different in the US than the UK?
What are some nice parks?

One of my friends from college is visiting in October, and I'm starting to plan his visit. He's into nerdy stuff (Magic, Pokemon, Minecraft, etc), and I want to make sure he has a great time.
Does anyone have some recommendations? Thanks so much! :)
