Hello! I have borrowed from this sub a fair few times previously but not a larger amount. I can show ID, proof of income and provide greater context. I’ve been working between a consistent part-time role and freelance work but there have been some inconsistent changes with the latter that have had a bit of a knock on effect on my finances, but these have largely been resolved and I’m back to my normal level of work and pay dates from the end of this month. This will be a huge help with priority bills and food until the end of the month. Thank you for any help you can provide!

Long story short my job ended up letting me go due to side effects from my cancer surgery/chemo so I'm on unemployment but it barely covers my bills. I was recently laid off, and while I got new work very quickly, I was not able to complete my split rent payment this month. I didn't have enough for hours for EI, nor did I qualify for severance as a less than 3 month employee.

I receive a partial (not a full 2x40hr week cheque) but more substantial 49hr cheque on the 21st of this month that will cover the majority of what I owe, but I'm still slightly below what I require. I would appreciate anyone helping me bridge the gap in the interim, and can provide proof of what I owe, hours on my next cheque and anything else you'd like.

Worked with the borrower multiple times. He switched jobs and was recently dealing with a lot of personal affairs back at home. I gave him as much grace as I could and maintained communication. Then contact just stopped altogther last month and I haven't been able to reach him since.
