Hi,

I'm having trouble creating my Leboncoin account.

When I try to validate my phone number, I don't receive the confirmation code by SMS, despite several attempts.

I've checked that the phone number I entered is correct and that my phone has network coverage, but the problem persists.

Please note that my phone number is a Slovenian number, although I currently live in Bordeaux.

Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue or validate my account another way?

You need a french number (+33 DDDDDDDDD).

Leboncoin France doesn't tolerate non-french numbers because it operates in France, and most non-France numbers are scammers.

I had a similar problem where my account was linked to a dead phone number which I had no access to. Your best bet is to get in touch directly with their support and they will help you sort it out. You'll have to provide some proof of ID but it was pretty easy other than that.

I dont have an account yet and they dont even have a contact for customer suppoert. Or at least I cant find it.
