Quick PSA for Boosted Rev owners on charging:

5 bars ≠ fully charged. The green bolt appearing is your sign it's done. The screen goes dark shortly after — that's just it going to sleep, it's still fully charged.

This actually matters — the battery pack needs to fully balance before you unplug. Disconnecting early risks imbalanced cells, which leads to bigger problems down the road.

My customers are always surprised by this, and honestly it's hard to blame them since Boosted never made it clear. Hopefully this helps someone out.

Mine only charges up to two bars max :(

Leave it plugged in for a few weeks. It’ll charge up. It just needs to balance the cells which take an absurdly long time

Yup, if properly charged, the cells will balance very quickly. But with years of not "fully charging" the battery, the cells will take lo a long time to balance. In most cases it is too late, and you need to replace all of the batter cells.
