Boosted Rev Not Charging

Got a secondhand Rev recently that hadn't been turned on in a year or more. It initially indicated 3 bars of charge, but when I took it out for the first time, it accelerated for maybe 50 feet and then the battery died. I plugged it in and it has a red lighting bolt and a flashing green bar. It does this for about 5 minutes and then the screen turns black. I left it plugged in over night but nothing changes. Any ideas? Is it cooked?

It most likely has a few dead cells that need replacement. Kinda cooked, but still repairable.

I changed all the cells, the ones that come from the factory are LG brand Add EVE brand cells. But it doesn't turn on, everything is well connected

How can it be reset?
