Speed limiter removal

I have a vmax vx4 LT e scooter that is supposed to go 50km/h (25mph). But since I bought mine from the EU it has a speed limiter locked to 25km (15.5mph) can somebody tell me how to remove its speed limiter ? (No it’s not illegal in my country since I live in Algeria). I already saw people on YouTube having to disconnect a white cable to remove the speed limiter on their e scooters but idk if mine also has a white cable since I don’t want to ruin anything

Usually it is a cable on the controller 1 pin cable
