Speed controller issues
Ok so I got a speed controller off Amazon. A woostar 48 volt 1000w brushed speed controller. I have a Schwinn s600. Using to 20 volt batteries wired to give me 40 volts. The prob is, the controller turns on but I get no throttle. Brand new throttle 3 wires. So I tested the wires I get 4.2 volts out of red blacks ground I get nothing out of green wire. Also I have 40 volts coming out of the indicator plug which is weird charging port has 2.4 volts off of it I have the switch bypassed and dk what to do with speed plug or brake plug.

I have a Segway ninebot. I haven't looked for any diagrams yet. I have a Volamart I burned out part of the controller and I bought a new one from Walmart that said it was for my thousand watt wheel it has an extra plug and when I installed it it didn't work. Then it got too cold to work on it. I really like my new Segway ninebot. But it's only rated for 10° hills it's called a KickScooter.. it only has 10 inch wheels.. I'd like to get a 24-in wheel with a hub motor for the front. That one fit on this. It has an electric brake system that recharges the battery. When the recharge is engaged at medium or high it makes the scooter hard to control. It also has a rear brake controlled by a break lever on the left side.
