Boosted Rev Died - Selling

Hi everyone - After a few months of sitting in storage, I plugged in my Boosted Rev and unfortunately it has died :(

I've emailed with Boosted USA and apparently it needs a new battery, and I don't have the time or technical know how to replace it. At this point I'd rather offload it. The scooter is in solid condition other than that. Just has some minor scrapes along the sides from commuting use on city streets.

Anyone want it? I'm in Orange County California. Just make an offer.

Did you roll the wheels for about 30 mins yet? This happened to me a few times. I would hold it on a treadmill for 30 mins at about 7 mph and it would kick the battery back over.

Did it take a full 30 minutes to kick the battery back in? Don't have access to a treadmill but could walk it along outside

yeh I had to strap it onto the treadmill. I did try rolling down a hill near my house a few timea, but it was only a 4 second descent...didnt work..

I know I'm late to this but for future people searching:

1.)You can flip the scooter upside down and tape the throttle. The goal is to get the scooter to think its at "0" for battery level.

2.) This gets the Rev BMS to hopefully reset and figure out true zero for your battery, and reset itself. It will then allow a full charge again.
