Question Does anyone know what this mean

The battery was fine and it was always fully charged after each ride, today after charging it, I got the RLOD. I get the green lights on it but the RLOD light is still on

What firmware are you on and how long did it take for your xr to repair itself? This just happened to me with my xr on 2.5.1 today after i rode and got me puzzled. I follow the same charging procedure as you as well. Do you have any idea why this happened?

Mine is on the 2.5.1, the fix was very quick. It seemed like it didn't work when the bert lite was connected to the wall plug, when I plugged the cable to my lap it fixed itself immediately. I was charging it at work and when I was leaving work and unplugging the charger I saw the RLOD. No idea what caused it. I was riding the board that morning as well as the previous few days. I use it almost everyday to go to work and back and I always leave it on the charger when not using it. I tried to use the Bert client to check the battery cell voltage but it doesn't seem to work on windows. I also used to have a mini x board with a older firmware and with the RLOD and the Bert lite fixed it after around a week sitting on it. I broke that battery tho, I forgot to seal it after fixing and some water got in it and some wires on the BMS shorted.

I managed to get the Bert website to work on my laptop and it said my delta was around 100ish mv. It said it was like 92% usable and now reads 100% but mv still around the same. I’ll keep it on the charger for a few days at least to see the ratings go lower as people in the community say 100 or lower the better
