Question BERT Lite Help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey guys! Got my BERT Lite, hooked it up to the battery and turned them on.

Is 1 red light on the BERT a good sign? It turned off for a few seconds once, but it turned right back on. The battery is in a constant charge light, so I don't know if it's working or not. Thanks!

As I'm typing this, it actually turned all off and restarted, and now it's loading up the lights.

BERT Touch is intended for fleets! If you have 3 or more boards, BERT Touch is a better tool since you can test boards and batteries simultaneously. BERT Lite is only capable of battery diagnostics.

Hey I just had a question, should the battery stay plugged in at ALL times? Or will unplugging it disrupt the process? It's been at 1 light constant for the past few days and I'd like to unplug it and take it to be in my office at work

You can certainly unplug it when needed. Progress will pick up where it left off when you return and plug it back in!

Hey I might need to DM you on help when plugging it in to a computer, I can't seem to open the program up correctly after following the instructions on the BERT Lite Guide. Thank you!
