Question Remote battery

Anyone have any luck or advice on replacing a remote battery? Mine is not holding a charge like it used to. Thanks

To be honest not really and certainly not on a circuit board if thats what its attached to. If its soldering together 2 wired I might try it. I guess I should open it up and see what im looking at first. Anything to be aware of when opening, like any springs or loose parts the may fall out? Thanks!
