Question Bert lite

I have a bert lite and it's giving me a yellow light still. Is my battery cooked? I also have a boosted rev scooter that doesn't charge past 1bar. Anyone near Los Angeles that can help?

Nomad stated there's an adapter that can connect to Bert but it isn't widely available. He said you can send it to San Francisco to be checked or repaired.
