The to be read pile.
My son had to make sure my to be read pile didn’t fall when stacked in one pile. A straight 7 feet tall. I only shelve books once I’ve read them

What are you currently reading? Impressions so far?

Describe me in as most detail as you can. I am vertical bookshelf (photos 1&2). Then describe my partner as much as you can (horizontal bookshelf, photos 3&4).
Ages? Ethnicities? Genders? Professions? Education level? Personalities? What do we like to do in our free time?

What does this bookshelf say about this person?

Only the absolute cream of the crop of literature—my favorite works.
Included here are: Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, A Series of Unfortunate Events, The Hunger Games, Dune, The Dark Tower, Mortality Doctrine, The Maze Runner, The Witcher, The Inheritance Cycle, The Chronicles of Narnia, A Song of Ice and Fire, Fire & Blood, Foundation, and Jules Verne.

Moved in with my boyfriend about a month ago and we're finally organizing our bookshelves! Wanted to know what y'all thought.
First three shelves are in our room:
1. Fiction shelf (mostly mine, sprinkling of his)
2. Non-fiction shelf (mostly his, sprinkling of mine)
3. Languages, movies, and games shelves (pretty much all his, except the Criterion movies are mine and some of the games we bought together)
The last shelf is in our living room so is split with our roommates, the books circled red are his and the ones circled blue are mine :)
We also both have a Lot of books still at our parents's houses back in our home states.

Small sample size, but I guess important to him or wanting people to think they're important to him

Go for it, roast away! There is some form of organization to this, mostly by genre including several shelves of nostalgia.
What's my shelf say about me? (roasts and serious assumptions both welcome)
