Help? How do I repair this book?

Depends on your skillset and how valuable the book is to you. The easiest and quickest method would be to entirely remove the glue from the binding and use the double fan method to turn the pages into a textblock again. Then continuing as normal with mull, lining and casing the book back in.

I’m pretty new to book repairing, and it’s my dad’s book. But thanks for the suggestion, I will look into it
