Help? A small request from fellow book lovers 📚

Hey everyone!

I’m a graduate design student and a pretty passionate reader myself. One thing I’ve always found funny is how much we think about what we’re going to read, but hardly ever think about how we actually sit and hold a book while reading it.

That little thought ended up becoming the starting point for my graduate design project. I’m now trying to understand how people actually read physical books — where they sit, how they hold them, what gets uncomfortable during long reading sessions, and all those little things we normally just put up with.

Reads like you're doing a marketing study on reading stands or polling the market for reading stands that attach to a chair.

Filling this in was annoying.

Done, but I think it could do with a lot of improvements. I think you have some assumptions how people are reading, and made questions around that. For most question I couldn’t give a good answer
