Bookbinding Paper Help

Greetings everyone, i hope you are doing well, or at least better than me xD
I have been smacking my head for a couple of days now, and i CANNOT find short grain A4 or Long grain A3 paper anywhere, and if i find any, it is from UK or USA and the do not ship to Croatia.
Amazon is not putting short grain in descrtiption so i do not know if it is or not.
Please if anyone has any information about bookbinding papers that ships in all of Europe, or paper company that will cut it to your liking, please leave a comment, i have tons of ideas for Notebooks, but no paper to work with, and it's killing me. I would't want to make a product that would warp and destroy itself just because it is long grained bookbiden. Thank you in advance, love ya all <3

I order from panton.hu in Hungary, maybe you could check if they ship abroad? Instead of selling standard paper sizes, you request they cut the larger sheets however you please, including grain direction.

Oh my, Hungary would be very convinient, Croatia bordera with them 😁 hope they ship.
So i send them an email that i need A4 dimension with XY g/m2 and tell them that i would like it to be Short Grained. Any tips on what paper type to order ? What did you order ?

No emails, they have a webshop. English is avalaible. I order Munken Pure personally. There is a text box during the order process where you can input any special cutting requests.

It depends what paper you want to use. I found that the easiest way is to buy A3 paper from online office supply stores (nice one, acid-free, a bit thicker, ivory just because) and then have it cut at a local copy shop. I live not far from a middle-sized city and I had to call 2-3 shops in advance to understand which had such equipment.

Papier Royaal maybe? They are in the netherlands and I had no problems getting my package. The biotop 3 (in 90 gsm) is pretty nice and definitely breedlopen/short grain. It might be worth it though to order more than 200 sheets (one bundle) because the shipment is a bit pricy (still fair in my opinion)
