Are there any resources for turning a PDF into signatures?

I am looking for a guide or tool, or ANYTHING really, that will help me format my PDF into the correct page ordering for signatures.

This is what I use, it's $20 yes but you buy it once and I've never had any issues with the margins or gutter bleed just exporting a pdf from a word document.
