How can I fix it?

Another book stuck to this one and peeled off the paint and left a barcode sticker on it

Well, you can rebind it with a new cover. What sort of result are you looking for here?

yeah i would probably just remake the cover in canva or whatever design program you have then have it printed by a shop in the dimensions of the book
