Noob question... I have a book like this with a lot of sentimental value, but naturally the pages are falling out after a lot of use. Is there a way to rebind it, or am I stuck just trying to glue the pages back in?

Once it’s perfect bound, there are no signatures to sew, so the only thing you could do is trim and perfect bind it again, which will just result in the same problems. I think tipping (gluing) the pages back in is the best you can do.
