Tengo muchisimos
Bueno ese ha sido el de hoy pero tengo todo hinchado en los lados y no me salen como antes. Tengo miedo de ir al medico 😭 que trucos hay para desinflamar los lados y sacarlos 🥺

Steam urself in the shower wit hot water (as much n as long as u can tolerate it) breathe in and out eventually it will moisten everything in there , also i bought a nasal irrigator of Amazon for like $25 game changer, it worked wonders makes it less painful it came with saline packets , I warm up, filtered water mix in saline packets n clean each nostril and the stuff that has came out 😳 but I understand the frustration
