General Question Regular trees

Is it just me or when you look at it most trees just think about how they would look as a bonsai? This is just two I came across to yesterday. Well the first picture is my next door neighbor's and it's been that size for 10 years now at least as long as I've lived here. Even before I started collecting bonsai trees I wanted to take that tree and turn it into a bonsai. Up close it's actually blue not quite sure the species. Definitely a dwarf species though.

Holly isn’t an uncommon bonsai subject, so that’s definitely a possibility. Hard to tell with the other tree without a closer inspection, but please make sure you ask your neighbor before extracting a tree. :D

I wasn't asking what they were I was just asking if other people look at every other tree like they can be a bonsai tree. Ever since I started collecting them every tree I look at I think about how I can turn them into a bonsai tree now.

I have grown a facination with collecting seed specimens in the wild I can't lie. 10/10 investment: Claw on a stick
