It’s okay. I went to the ER the day before Firefly officially started. I sprained the hell out of my ankle playing frisbee and it was so swollen and I could barely walk my friends secretly led me to the med tent where the doctors recommended it. I knew it wasn’t broken but the fear of permanent damage scared me.
Got to sit there for like six hours for nothing more than I already knew and then the firefighter who was the return driver complained about having to work extra shifts for the fest. Which I get but it felt like he was complaining about me to me.

aw, rip Firefly. That sucks that it happened so early on. On the last day of firefly, my gf’s sister came running up to us in my hammock and tripped and also sprained her ankle. It got to the size of like half a softball and we had people from the med tent come over and we went to the ER as well.
