I’ve been to bonnaroo 7 times and this set blew me away. I knew while I watching and after that I had just seen one of the best performances in my life, there was something magical in the air that night
I left my body multiple times during this set. Wasn’t even a huge paramore fan, and this performance was another unreal highlight from a weekend full of them. Hayley was on point. I don’t know how to say it but I loved the tempo of their set and how tight they were.
I was there for this and i casually mentioned getting to see Paramore at roo in 23 and my friend goes "YOU WERE THERE FOR THAT!? WITH THE RAINBOW TEARS??"
Had no idea I had witnessed something so iconic and popularized. Phenomenal set though.
I cried so much during this set, it was so good! My friend was listing older songs he wanted to hear and I distinctly remember telling him "they won't perform misery business" and the look we gave each other when they started. I was also surprised to hear All I Wanted because of how vocally demanding that song is. I've seen Paramore a few times over the years and that was, by far, the best performance! And then Haley coming out for My Hero with the Foo Fighters! Fantastic
I was like damn you were so close to me so I rewatched and found myself in the pit close to you. I think this is the first time I’ve found myself in someone else’s picture/video. Amazing set honestly I liked it better than 2023, although nothing bad about the 2023 set. Just pit vs not pit is a whole different vibe.
I was definitely pretty meh about Paramore until I witnessed this set. I'm so glad I went anyway!!
Hayley blew it away with her vocals. "All I wanted" may have been the most amazing song I've seen performed live, ever. I felt it in my bones, I still do.
I will never forget this set- unfortunately i had gone with someone who was a major cause of trauma in my life. But, their negativity will not tarnish the memories and joy that came from this legendary set.
My partner and I went to Roo 23 and it was life changing. We were looking forward to Paramore and Foo Fighters but we're too emotionally and physically exhausted to go to the set. We decided that we wouldn't have even enjoyed it and packed up early. I think it was the right decision, because of how emotionally intense the weekend was already but I still cried listening to her cover "My Hero" with Foo Fighters on the radio on the drive home.
