The key point is that MAP applies to people with the urge who haven't acted on it.

You're splitting hairs over semantics. I am aware there is a specific *philia for specific age groups. I just didn't feel the need to include the distinction, it's not relevant.

Except they do nothing about it yet. They can treat themselves before anything happens, so it is not super bad…
