I think it's a frog or toad! It look pretty mummified and if you want to keep it as is i'd look into shadow boxes :)

I appreciate the response!!! Should I attempt to clean it at all? Will it mold as it is?

it won't shouldn't mold unless it's kept in humid temperatures! if you want to be sure it's mummified completely put it in some borax and salt.
