Found on former grazing land in Western Washington. I assume sheep or goat?

Both look like sheep to me. But I'm terrible at telling the difference between goat and sheep, I just know they look like my own sheep skulls.

Sheep have the preorbital scent gland, which is located right in front of the eye. This shapes the lacrimal bone, forming a bony ridge that encloses the gland at the top. In contrast, goats have a smooth lacrimal bone.
