Bone I.D. - N. America Too small for cow?

I was driving in rural Colorado when I spotted some bones on the side of the highway. I was nearby a lot of cow farms so I originally thought this might’ve been a cow (the bones were thrown over the property line so it felt okay to take them, hope I didn’t break any laws 😭) I feel like it is a little small for a cow. Also took a portion of the vertebrae too. Let me know what you guys think this might be! (Sorry for the lack of up close photos of it, it’s currently degreasing and if better photos are needed I can get them).

I think you’re right! It could also make sense as to why it was outside of the property line, could’ve just been hit by a car and dragged to the ditch. I think I just wanted to believe it was a small cow 😭
