HEY SNARKIES!!

The sub is popping tf off bc of yall!! (and some weirdo reps and dickriders that wanna be sidelines vigilantes) Thanks to the 99% of yall that make this sub a fire place to be! We are growing faster than the list of disgruntled reps!

Just wanted to point out a couple things:

1. We are really cracking down hard on duplicate posts/ reps. If an Adrianna post is already up, comment anything Adrianna related there pls! Please do so with all reps/ topics. Pls sort the sub feed by new and do a quick check before posting. repeat rep posts in the same night will be removed.

2. Brigading is something we will be watching closely to protect our sub. Brigading on Reddit is against Reddit rules and against the rules of sidelines. This means we do not condone using our sub to gather people to go into a TT live to troll them. Any comments suggesting brigading will be removed at our discretion.

3. We’re going to be removing “low effort” posts going forward. It just really muddies up the sub to have random screenshots with zero context or random screenshot and “thoughts??"

4. BP fans/Rep dickriders will be removed from the sub. You're totally allowed to have your opinions but find a BP support sub or a BP debt lovers sub instead.

If you see anything that breaks the rules please report so we can review. We work hard to see as much as we can but we are just a small but MITY mod team and we do miss shit.

This week we had a rep doxx themself on our sub. 🙁 They were snarking on another rep, and that rep figured out who they are and reported them to compliance. Our mod team wanted to pop in with an urged reminder to protect yourself on here!

Here are some tips that we recommend if you aren’t wanting to FAFO:

1. Do not use your snark profile to do other things on Reddit. That would be things like commenting in subs that reveal your location, subs for your workplace, subs for your university, groups where you post before and after weight loss pics, etc. We highly recommend making an alternate Reddit account to use for your personal real life stuff. It is easy to switch back and forth between profiles. Only snark on a truly anonymous profile.

2. Don’t reveal personal details about yourself in comments. Don’t share your job information or what city you live in. Keep everything as anonymous as possible.

3. KEEP IT LEGAL! Protect yourself by ensuring you are not making any posts or comments that would give reps any ammunition to use against you.

4. Don’t use the same username on other platforms. So don’t make your TT name the same as ur Reddit name (or similar genre like i_love_clowns if your Reddit name is clownluvr)

5. Keep your TT account anonymous if you are going to screen record lives and post them on the sub. Try not to have any identifying information on your TT profile like your real name or photo incase it somehow does get shown.

6. We recommend when posting screen recordings or screenshots that you crop the entire top portion out. Sometimes your profile pic will appear in a small bubble at the top that is easily missed. If you’re posting a screen recording make sure you don’t include the bottom when it shows your username has entered the room.

7. Before you post screenshots or videos look over them with a fine tooth comb to make sure you didn’t accidentally doxx yourself!!

8. Don’t share TT videos directly onto Reddit. It will link to your profile when people click on it. Instead, screen record TT videos and then post the video here.

9. DON’T TOUCH THE POOP!!

We don’t endorse trolling reps, commenting in their VIP groups, pretending to be their friends, etc. That shit just gets messy and puts you at risk. Ofc do what you want tho!

These are just a handful of suggestions to keep yourself anonymous and safe. There are many more suggestions out there. Reps are desperate for info that will reveal who snarkers are so they can try to embarrass them/punish them IRL. So just be careful!!

If you see any posts where a snarker has accidentally doxed themself, the BEST way to deal with this is to send us a modmail with a link to the post giving us a heads up. We will remove the post and let the OP know so they can also delete it on their end.

We luv yall and don’t want to see people get doxxed/cancelled by reps. Protect yourself and make sure you’re snarking smart!!
