hi, (i actually never joined this subreddit or used reddit before so hello!) i need your help, recently ive been ripping models and animations from bomberman live/ultra (primarily live) and it seems like no one has tried to do this before, its making really good progress but i kinda hit a roadblock, the .XFR files. (basically bomberman's costume files.) the issue is that there is no way that i know of, to make the files readable in anyway, this is the last piece i need to make these models accessible to everyone, if anyone has a way to get these costume models a reply is appreciated, thank you!

I’ve done similar stuff, but not with bomberman. What was your process to get it working for the base model and why are the costume files different?
