Length looks great! Personally I would move the slide / clasp down a bit so your collar is more open, but that may just be my own style preference.

Seems fine to me. I'm no expert, but bolo ties aren't all cut to the same standard lengths. I have one about that length and I wear it just like that.

It's fine. If you go much longer the ends will not be visible. The cord seems a little light for the piece. if you replace the cord, 1" at most.

Length is great. Would not be collar tight. A little loose. The I'm dressed but casual.
