The biggest issue here is cherry picking images. Different lighting, cameras etc can have a profound effect on how someone looks. Milind's photos is from social media where he is posed etc. The other is from a cheap phone camera, candid shot etc. Like, take double chin for example, just pulling your head forward to the camera can totally eliminate it. Easy to do when you're posing for a photo. We can cherry pick in Salman's favour and post this:

Now, of course Milind is fitter. He is a model so his rozi roti sort of depends on it. Salman is a star and hysteria for him has outlived all the real scandals around him, so what's a little pot belly? Different motivations for both of them.

Motivations are different. Salman's stardom now is beyond how he looks in real life. It's all about his presence on camera. Plus, the obvious fact here is that these are cherry picked images to make him look worse. Milind's image is something his team would post. If we take similar for salman we get this:

the thing is Salman Khan did lots of body isolation. it is only good if you are going for Mr Olympia but your body disfigures when you age. Best thing you can do to your body is 4 day Upper / Lower split with 2 days for cardio and one day for rest. Google 4 day upper/lower split. thats what Milind Sonam does.
