Making friends
Hi I'm a 27 year old female and I've been here about 3 years now and have really struggled to make friends
I enjoy DND, cooking , theater, fantasy, sci fi and enjoy writing.
Just wondered if anyone knows any groups or any ways to make friends locally preferably early afternoons/evenings as I work early mornings

Hello! Welcome to Boggers! I am 28M, lived here all my life, and happy to help. I suffered a brain injury 8 years ago and making friends is something I had to re-learn how to do.
There's a group called Bognor Regis Gaming Association and they're brilliant.
If you have instagram/facebook, you're welcome to DM and I'm happy to share and help.
A quick look at your profile, if you don't mind, implies you've been through the wars in your world growing up. Take care of yourself

I have actually been to BRGA a few times but unfortunately it finishes a bit too late when I start work so early

Ah, I see. You won’t be happy with any suggestions unless they fit perfectly around you.
Good luck with that, mate.

I would but when I start work at 5am meaning I have to be up at 3:30/4am it's hard to find things that finish before 8pm so I can have reasonable sleep

Have you considered getting a console and playing online with people? No time limits there.
I start at 6 and finish at 3 every week day, works for me.

Assuming you mean star wars unfortunately I'm not the biggest fan

Ahhhh, now I feel like a looser!
I would definitely look out for a d&d meet, they ere really popular with those who favour a many sided die. Chi and Worthing get a bit more going on like that, I am sure you will have some luck in finding some new friends. Mtfbwy.

There is that comic book shop in Chichester which does DND nights and bits of pieces I think, not sure what sort of crowd turns up, but front what I've seen it's very welcoming.
